Working closely with the Arkansas Department of Education and the Arkansas Department of Career Education, Dawson Center for Distance Learning provides a career focused curriculum addressing both the national and state career cluster standards.  Students gain a solid foundation of career awareness and explore opportunities found within their chosen career pathway.

Dawson Center for Distance Learning provides classes in the following national career clusters:  Arts, Audio Visual Technologies and Communication, Finance, Health Science, Law, Public Safety Corrections and Security and Marketing Sales and Service.

Class offerings include Accounting I and II, Advertising, Abnormal Psychology, Arkansas Legal, Banking Principles and Finance, Career Communications I, Criminal Law, Economics, Forensics and the Law, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Human Behavior and Disorders, Introduction to AAVTC, Introduction to Criminal Justice, Introduction to Finance, Introduction to Hospitality, Introduction to Marketing, Introduction to Law, Public Safety, Security and Corrections, Introduction to Medical Professions, Introduction to Multimedia, International Travel, Law and Order: Career Intent,  Medical Procedures, Medical Terminology, Pathology, Spanish I, Spanish II, Spanish III, Travel Destinations and Web Design and Multimedia.
